I left my computer there for 2 weeks and they still never called to tell me it was done. I just had to go get it and it was sitting there. They fixed the problem I brought it in for but managed to do something to it so that it no longer works when not plugged in, which had never happened before. They don't answer the phone and frequently have no one in the store during open hours.

Amazing price for such a great service. They were able to figure out what was wrong with my computer and fix it in the same day! Paul and Daniel were able to get all this done for less than other places charge just to look at my computer. Great place!

These guys fixed my problem for the price of their service fee only. A problem which I had personally spent hours before calling and which nobody else around town thought was solvable without replacing the system board. I am extremely happy, thrilled, with the service I have received from them and will always call them first.
