Don't Just Mask Your Pain. Let Us Find the Cause and Treat It. Most pain is acute pain, the result of injury or illness, and is gone in 6-8 weeks with rest and medication. Chronic pain is different. It affects the whole person, disrupting their physical, emotional, mental and spiritual well-being.A spiral occurs in which pain leads to inactivity, which causes muscle weakness, weight gain, and feelings of helplessness. Too many patients are told there is nothing that can be done about the pain. Using precision diagnostic techniques, we can often find the source of pain. Once the cause of the problem is known, a treatment is close at hand.We believe that patients in pain deserve to be given an accurate diagnosis and treatment based on scientific evidence delivered by people who really care about our patients.

When I first went to Nexus Pain Care I was told by doctor Rosenthal himself that he could cure me of my pain. I was living in very severe pain during that time and I was on board with anything that he wanted me to do. So I paid him for all of these procedures that had no chance of curing me (I went to several other doctors who showed me why this one procedure - his full treatment plan - could never cure me.) He took advantage of my state and got me to pay him a lot of money. I go in for my last procedure and he screws it up. He injects too much dye into my neck and then digs around in there trying to find the nerve! I was in so much pain and asked for help afterwards and him and his staff did not care. I was having such a hard time when one of his staff members recommended me to see Dr. Ockey. He told me that Dr. Ockey was the best diagnostician. So I went to Utah Valley Pain Management and got my life back. Be careful with Nexus and Dr. Rosenthal, they don't have compassion.

I would say this is just one amazing Dr.'s office. From the staff to the Dr's you can not go wrong. I have been uninsured for my whole life. I started seeing this Dr. uninsured (for 3 years) this Dr's office has treated me and stood by my side through it all. Finally got my insurance and am getting the procedures I so desperately need. They are kind, caring, and compassionate and you will not feel like just a number here. I love this office and can't imagine ever going somewhere else.

After having been in misery for years with Post Herpetic Neuralgia especially at night, I can now find rest and sleep all night.

I cannot find enough words to praise Dr. Rosenthal for the help that I have received from him and his caring staff at the Nexus Pain Care Clinic.

Dr. Rosenthal is one of the most caring and proficient Physician in pain care that I have known in my seventy eight years. I highly recommend him.

You won't be disappointed. Dr...

You won't be disappointed. Dr Rosenthal is one of the top physicians in his specialty in the nation. I saw him for a problem with headaches. I had been having daily headaches for over 5 years. I went everywhere for help-neurologists, family doctor, chiropractor and even acupuncture-all without success. When I went to Nexus, Dr Rosenthal immediately knew what the problem was and set about fixing it. I had a total of four simple procedures and my headaches were gone. I remained headache free for over two years. They have started to come back so I went to the doctor again. He is setting me up for the same procedure that worked last time. I really feel that the doctors at Nexus care about me as a patient. All of the staff are great too. I would not hesitate in recommending a friend to go and see them and I have sent several of my friends there for treatment. All of them are better and glad they went. Thanks for this chance to let people know what a great resource this group of doctors is to our community and to me personally

I feel that the service I have recieved at Nexus has always gone above and beyond when treating me and my friends that I have referred to the office. I have found the staff to be very understanding of my situation as well as the Doctor's have done a marvelous job at listening to my issues and creating a game plan that was custom tailored to my pain. I gladly refer people here who have struggled with chronic pain and are often frustrated by conventional methods that seem to leave them in the same level of pain or at times worse.

My friend went to Nexus Pain Care because he couldn't find any help with his headaches, which he had had for many years. The doctors at Nexus Pain Care listened and tried procedures before suggesting the usual medications which other doctors had provded. The procedures worked and my friend has not had a migraine headache for two years and he doesn't have to take pain medications. If you have headache pain these doctors deserve a try. The staff is great too.

Was told that all procedures w...

Was told that all procedures were pre-paid. Suprise bill of 810.00 arrived. Made several attempt to correct or get satisfactory explanation. I visited Nexus 14 time for a neck problem. I received multiple procedures. Prior to each procedure, I was warned that my insurance would not pay for the procedures I was about to receive. I was required to prepay for the procedures before receving them. So, I beleived that I was paid in full before actually receiving the procedures. On 2-26-11 I received a bill for 810.00. It was for four "Unlisted Procedures" that I was not aware that I was receiving. My questions were: What is an Unlisted Procedure? I thought I already paid for all procedures at the beginning? Did I actually received these procedures? If I did receive these procedures why wasn't I told at the beginning, because I would have never authorized it? On May 11, 2011, I called Christine at Nexus Medical Billing. She sais that my account would be set to $0 and that the bills were never appealled. She said that I shouln't have to pay for them and weren't my responsiblity. I left feeling that the situation was resolved. She was very pleasant. On August 5th, 2011 I received another bill for the 810.00 showing 120 days past due. Surprised by the bill and feeling that they had resolved the issue May 11th, I called back and spoke with Pam. She was very dismissive of my concerns and basically told me tough luck and I needed to pay the bill. Being thoroughly irritated and frankly just plained pissed off at talking to such and unpleasant wench, I hung up. I have no intention of paying this bill and will be seeking legal advice and pursue this to the end result in a court. It's not the money...I can easily pay this. It's the principle of a poorly run operation that has serious customer service deficiencies and billing incompetence. Also, what really bugs me is that I went there 14 times and still go no relief from my pain. What a waste of time and money. please spread the word that Nexus SUCKS!!!! Have a nice day and thanks for listening.
