Good, honest service. Our Subaru Outback finally kicked the bucket at 144,000 miles. We thought we might need to have the water belt replaced. We took it to Japanese motors and Marco went in and looked at the engine and told us the next day that there was more that needed doing. He didn't move forward until he had explained everything clearly to us and given us a quote and we accepted it. It turned out we had to get a new engine. He let us stew over our decision for a couple days and when we told him we'd go for it, he did a great job. About 3 months later, we ended up needing to get the spark plug replaced. We took it back to Japanese Motors and they did that plus an oil change free of charge since the new (actually used but fairly new) engine had a warranty. I would recommend Japanese motors to anyone with a car they can fix. I felt that we were treated fairly and I would definitely stick with them if your car is the right type!

Reliable, Trustworthy, Friendly, Time Efficient, ,, they know their craft. I have used Japanese Motors as my go-to guys for quality car care. It is hard to find trustworthy professional mechanics. I would refer anyone to stop by for anything you need to keep your vehicle running smoothly.

I was skeptical about taking my car here at first because id never been there, but when i called they were very helpful. I took my land rover there about a year ago for an oil change and they were quick!! About 4 months later i went back because it was making a funny noise, the guy there understood my female mechanic lingo very well :) and they got it fixed. So now i like them very much. I recently bought a MINI and i took it there to get my brake pads changed and a few other minor things. Lets just say ill most likely be back for whatever my vehicles need and the prices are great!
