Dank job fixin my junk, my car running fly................,,,,,,,,,.................................

The owner has been doing this his whole life. He's the friendliest and most hardworking person I've met before. He has good employees, my car is a junker but they always find the problem and I've never had any trouble with them fixing it.

I go to J&Ms transmissions for my car troubles everytime! They always fix the problem and get it done quickly. They're also always friendly!

I thought I would need a new muffler and the sales guy told me that I just needed a new coupling. It is a $45 repair vs. $250. he could have easily taken advantage of me.

I have a 3 year warranty on transmission. Still with in period, broken vehicle won't be repaired by transmission company that issues warranty.I had my transmission replaced by J&M Transmission in Orem Utah. While considering shops to fix vehicle, shop manager said that for $200 extra dollars we could get a 3 year warranty on our vehicle. We purchased the extended warranty. The shop manager said that at any time I could bring in the vehicle to any of the J&M Transmissions if in the unlikely event of transmission failure. After 2 years and 9 months, our transmission failed. I brought the broken vehicle to J&M Transmission in Lehi, and they are refusing to honor the warranty cowardly saying that they were not the shop that worked on it and thus are not responsible to fix it. I would take it to the other shop, but it is now closed.

I was driving in Provo when my check engine light came on and I pulled into a tire company to have it checked to make sure I was OK to drive home. The tire company was not very helpful except that they referred me here. I drove a block and asked if they thought it was OK to drive home. The man behind the desk had customers waiting but said if I could wait a minute he would be happy to check the code on my car. After just a few minutes, he came out and checked. Stated it was a misfiring, it was safe to drive home and recommended that I see my mechanic for a tune up. What a relief. I will certainly keep this place in mind for future work.

I brought my Dodge Ram in to have the clutch inspected. I figured I needed a new clutch, but wanted a better explanation than "you need a new clutch cuz your truck has a lot of miles on it". Curt looked at my vehicle, and went over everything with me, recommending things but explaining them rather than just trying to push a sale. I ended up having my clutch replaced, and the work was done quickly and very professionally. They even honored the coupon I found on their website. My truck now shifts smoothly and quietly. I would recommend them for any type of transmission/clutch needs. Thanks.
