It seems as if these plumbers are heading down hill nowadays. They are friendly but that doesn't solve the problem. We had a drain down in the basement that they couldn't seem to get unclogged. They tried for days and wanted to keep charging us more and more money. We ended up calling out another plumber, he snaked a couple of our pipes downstairs and un-lodged whatever it was. Charged us a one time fee. We called Quick Response Plumbing to get some of our money back for not solving the problem, and they must have run off with our money since no one won't return our calls. Anyway, please do not waste your money.

Wish I could say I had a good experience with Quick Response. The first assessment visit was free and the suggestions to unplug the sink were good ones. Nothing I tried worked so another visit was necessary. After running hot water down the drain and jury rigging a metal strip to increase the angle of a gravity-defying pipe, the water did drain a little better, However, the problem still existed and I was still told to buy a commercial chemical drain product to degrease the main pipe. For that effort, I paid $175 for less than an hour's work. Nice plumber, disappointing outcome. Called, emailed, no return calls. Very discouraged...

Paul came over yesterday to hook up my gas dryer, and he did a fantastic job! I had all sorts of weird parts and he had to put a valve onto my black gas pipe for me. He got the job done, explained everything, and was super kind and courteous - other plumbers weren't. I highly recommend him - and I'm signing up just to review him!

I had a pipe freeze and flood early Saturday morning. No one had showered, no laundry done. The main water shut off was the only thing stopping the flood. That left the family with no water in the house on the home's busiest day. I called Paul and he walked me through several different things to try, in hopes that I could fix my problem without adding the cost of a professional showing up. I would have gladly paid to have him stop the flood it if meant our home would have water. Under Paul's direction, I was able to stop the flood and have the water work in the home. Paul even called after 20 minutes to make sure I didn't need any more help. I appreciate his caring service and consideration. I now have a plumber I trust. Thanks Paul.

Came out the morning I called. Did an excellent job clearing the clogged main drain line, but cost $240 for three men for one hour. My rating would be 5 star if it weren't for the price. I write a review, you decide.

Paul is great! He came over right away after I told him that I had a leak in a basement pipe. He fixed it quick and was very professional and cleaned up. Very reasonably priced too! Will use him in the future for all of my plumbing needs and will recommend to anyone.

Great service! Paul and Al did a great job. They were able to come within an hour of my call and fix my tub that wouldn't drain. They gave some suggestions on making some other improvements that are really making a difference for my husband. They were very courtous and kept the wook area clean. i felt their prices were very reasonable and will be using them in the future for more work.
