AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL. Brides: NEVER GO TO THIS STORE. I spent $1200 on a dress. They promised me they could alter it exactly how I wanted, but then they BUTCHERED it. The dress was crooked, uneven and NOT EVEN WEARABLE. There was no way they could have fixed it after ruining it so badly. I was devastated. They don't give refunds, either. So I was $1200 in the hole, and had to buy another dress from a DIFFERENT, professional store, FAR away from the terrible seamstresses and service at the Bridal Center.

Having shopped at all of the Bridal shops in Orem and Provo with poor success and dealing with sales people who were not that all interested in us, my daughter and I were delighted when we stopped by the Bridal Center and met Rebecca. She took one look at my daughter and knew her size and most flatering style without us having to say a thing. The first dress she had her try was so perfect it looked like it was tailor made for my daughter. Rebecca is also an expert seamstress and made a fabulous bolero to match the dress. The shop is not fancy, but the dresses are beautiful, well priced and the service is exceptional. Don't waste your time going to the other stores...go here first and you may quickly find what you are looking for and walk out a happy customer. Elizabeth M.
