Provided by YPmobilewent in there to get a key copied. the key didn't work so I had to go back again. That key also did not work. Called the store just to let them know that they might want to check the machine for a malfunction because none of the keys work. That I did not want a refund but just figured I would let them know. I was told that it was my fault and it was a malfunction with my key. my key works fine and has worked fine for years. the attitude I received was ridiculous. I will never go back to the hardware store again
