Meridian offers their potential customers all this marketing material regarding their worldclass and exquisite quality and craftmanship but in the end all they are after is how much they can get to their bottom line. Once you sign a contract (which I strongly suggest is reviewed by an attorney), you start to realize that there are a lot of undisclosed items that are not included in the base cost of the home and any upgrades you may go for are way overpriced. They change designs and layouts without first consulting you and you only realize this after you visit the construction site and its too late to change. Condescending to you when you notice something wrong and ask them to fix it. Don't trust them for a minute to review their sub-contractors work as we found many flaws and inferior work - in some cases it was pretty obvious they used unskilled contractors to enhance their profits. Their 1 year warranty is practically worthless as they take weeks or longer to resolve anything.
