This rental place SUCKS! All those cars are LEMONS! Definition of lemon (JUNK CARS) They gave me a car that makes noise soon as you turn the car on. After having the car for ONLY maybe 32 hrs the check engine light came on. Then disrespected me by giving me a car where I had to physically roll the window and lock the doors MYSELF! Then the car gave me a problem while at a red light, I had to put the car on park then back to drive in order to move again. I brought the car back the next day they were open and had me waiting a whole hour for them to tell me to come back tomorrow. I come back tomorrow morning, first thing in the morning. Right when they are about to switch my car, while inspecting the car, the car they are going to switch me to DOES NOT turn on. So now they have me waiting ANOTHER hour for someone in the office to get a new BATTERY for the car. Literally a WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY! They ask for a $250 deposit and won’t give it back to you until AFTER 30 DAYS! They won’t even work with you to provide with a better car, unless you pay more because of the car being more money. I understand that but when someone comes to rent a car and you have no other cars to provide the least you can do is provide a different car from the next price range just for a one time cutting for the customers due to you guys not having good cars. ONLY reason I came here was because I had car issues LAST MINUTE before work but TRUST ME, I will NEVERRRRRR rent a car from HERE AGAIN! Those cars are NOT SAFE TO DRIVE! They had me with so much running around it’s not worth it. Next time I will just pay Enterprise their full price for the week. I’m not one to leave bad reviews on any sites no matter what I experience at a place, but if I go out of my way to, then you KNOW it was BADDDDDD! I do not like to leave bad reviews but this one needed to be SEEN, HEARD, WATCHED, READ, REVIEWED, ETC! I promise you, YOU WILL REGRET IT! 👎🏼

Trust me when I tell you. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! They don’t care or understand what it means to provide good customer service. They take your money and temporarily fix the problem. When you try to go back they will have you waiting around for hours and not even try to help you. Take your business elsewhere. It’s not worth the headache
