I am a home cook who loves to find little family run butcher shops.Central market is one of these.full of locals all but myself appearing to be of Portuguese decent.The owners son,told me this was his fathers third business.The cases were filled with fresh cuts of pork and beef,a specialty Marinated steak delicious,real sirloin tips not the imposters that leading supermarket chains push as sirloin tips, I bought linguicia chourice and i believe the gentleman i asked (another customer)cailisle any ways another form of sausage Not all the employees speak perfect English but they were as helpful and answer my questions best they could ,I love my new find signed Chef Paul RI
