We use Business Surplus all the time in our business to help outfit our retail locations. The staff is super helpful, the prices are excellent, and I can ALWAYS find what I need! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! PS: They'll ship!

VERY HELPFUL ! - I was explaining to women at front desk what I was planning to do with product I was purchasing - a second staff person overheard my explanation and offered a suggestion on an additional piece I could purchase that would improve my idea- she just saved my several hours of work and improved the end result!

Business Surplus is the best little hidden gem in Providence. They have a HUGE selection of desks, all priced hundreds of dollars less than any one else. (I should know, because I literally searched all over Rhode Island for a desk for my law school apartment and was getting fed up with not being able to buy a quality desk without paying $400-500. BUSINESS SURPLUS IS THE BEST. I have a beautiful large executive desk which was only $100, it had one little scratch on it but after some polish it looks brand new. They also had a large selection of office chairs and small business supplies (including mannequins and display cases). I didn't have time to look around the whole store but I'm sure I could have spent hours. If you're looking for quality pieces without paying an arm and a leg- GO TO BUSINESS SURPLUS.

I work at a local library and I go here a lot to get different display items for our books and literature. They also have a big variety of slatwall type displays that we use. They are always helpful and their prices are good.

I am always able to find a good deal on the office furniture I need. Just got a high end office chair (that is really comfortable) for a great price. I have been shopping there for 8 years and have never been disappointed.

I am introducing a new product, and needed to find a surplus store that carried acrylic countertop displays. I'm so glad that I went here, they have an awesome selection, both new and used, and both Sue & Ginny in the office were extremely helpful! I would highly recommend this business, and I'll be a repeat customer for sure!

This place has the worse business philosophy. They have a NO RETURN policy even on their new fixtures!!! I went there this past Saturday and they decided to close 2 hours early and even though they were still there, they wouldn't let me in and all I needed was ticket connectors which I was out of. No way .... they wouldn't budge even though they knew I had driven all the way from CAPE COD!!! The customer comes last at this place!!!!!

Surprised by the great selection. Everything I needed to set up my store. Very helpful sales people.
