I had a brand new floor installed in my business. Hired all star to wax the new floor with their machines. Price was a little high, but I read reviews and thought I would use them . The appt. was at 10 and I received a call at 10:15 (glad i went out of my way to get there) and I was told that there was an issue and they would be late by probably an hour. The owner David knew the job needed to be done so I could put furniture back in order to reopen my business in the morning. Two hours later I called again. ( maybe he cant dial out???) He said he would check on the job and see how much longer. Said he would text me right back. I was the next job because I had to get it done ASAP> Two hours later I still had not heard a word. Left a message, still nothing . At 2:15 I got a call saying that they were still in Rhode Island on a job. Needed to finish it AND then drive an hour to get to me before they could start. IMPOSSIBLE . I told the worker how dissatisfied I was. David had a worker call me so as not to deal with me. Even after telling of my dissatisfaction and to not bother coming, he still never called. Terrible customer service, very unprofessional. Would NEVER recommend.

The workers were polite and well imformed. They did a quick and fantastic job. will definitely call tthem back.
