I have never posted any negative comments about any company online, but I feel the obligation to save someone some headaches. After extensive research online I was able to find what I thought was the perfect mechanic to give me a diagnostic on my car. I brought in my car for a diagnostic on December 7, 2008 hoping that I would know what was wrong with my car by year's end. A week went by and nothing, no phone call, no diagnostic. I decided to check in after a week and I was told that they haven't had the time to look into it. I continued to call on a daily basis with not results, and after about two weeks the "issue" was found, but after another week of waiting for the part to arrive, it turned out that they were wrong. When I first went to their location I made sure I made it clear that I had no intention of paying for them to turn around and tell me "Oops sorry we can't help, that will be $130 dollars". I hate how dishonest they are, they went from "Oh! Don't worry, I won't charge you if I can't find the problem," to "Well, tell me something, if you go to a doctor to find out whether their something wrong or not, would you expect to pay for the visit?" WHAT?? Are you serious?? That is not what we agreed upon. You were supposed to find the problem or not charge me for a service you didn't deliver... I went there for a diagnostic, not a repair. It is simple math: no diagnostic = no pay; not, no diagnostic = $130. I am $130 dollars under and back to square number one... I truly hope that my $130 dollars can serve as a lesson those that consider this place as their personal mechanic. You guys should be ashamed of yourself for making a dishonest living, and taking advantage of people like me who are fooled by you. I would have given you guys a 0/5 stars but this site won't let me do that. My $130 dollars will cost me exactly that -> $130 dollars <->, ENJOY THEM.
