Worst place ever!! Maitance people are rude also people from the office! Will not recommend this place

Poor business. Vulgar property managers. Worst experience with parking. Lived there for two years, do not recommend it. Residential tags required in all cars, otherwise cars being towed. But even with residential tags, several times coming home after last shift I could not find a spot. As if I wasn't tired enough after work, I had to drive to my dad's place 20 min away on those occasions because there was no place for me to park in River Trail. Walls are so thin, I knew all my neighbors business without talking to them. Summer time they cut the grass early in the morning. Lawn mowers are so loud and the walls are so thin that I could not sleep on those days after working night shifts. Now I live in Palatine - what a difference. This association has a lot of rules too but people in the association are very nice. Calls are being returned right away, and no problems with parking even without assigned spots. So glad I don't have to deal with River Trail nonsense anymore.
