Provided by YP.comEver since I moved to the city my mail has gotten lost on a continue basis. I made complaints in person at the office and the problem hasn't improved. To top it off, I recently made some inquiries about international postage rates and the clerk told me She didn't have a way to tell me how much it would be for such pounds. She said she didn't have a chart or anything like that to kind of give me an idea of what I was going to be paying. EVEN THOUGH I SPECIFICALLY ASKED IF SHE COULD LOOK IT UP ON THE SYSTEM OR IF I COULD DO IT MYSELF ON USPS.COM LATER AT HOME. - So if the rate I was going to have to pay was going to be over $150.00 they were going to surprise me until the package was sitting on the scale???- It wasn't until today that I logged on usps.com and I got the info I needed and I even printed out the shipping label online! So, there was a way of assisting me with this and the clerk decided not to do it and that just mekes me wonder if maybe she had a problem with my non-white ethnicity. I was also able to get a discount for getting this service online! I'll just drop it off at a different post office just in case.
