WE HAD AN UNDERSTANDING OF ONLY BEING IN CONTACT ON A NEED OF HELP BASIS. WHICH I REALLY APPRECIATED. SHE WAS ALWAYS AVAILABLE WHEN I NEEDED HELP OR A QUESTION. IF SHE DID NOT HAVE AN ANSWER RIGHT AWAY SHE WOULD CONTINUE TO FIND AND ANSWER FOR ME. SHE IS A GREAT CARING PERSON AND I ENJOYED HER RELATIONSHIP AS MY AGENT. AMERICAN FAMILY DECIDED THEY NO LONGER WANTED MY BUSINESS, SO THEY KICKED ME TO THE CURB.
