Had five large trees that were in various states of decay, too close to my house and, in one case, impacting the neighbor’s deck/roof, so I called several tree companies for quotes. Matt from Princeton Tree Care came right out and discussed the job and the options with me. He was the only person who talked about the health of the trees and that one could be pruned rather than removed to achieve my goals. I share his belief in saving healthy trees where possible. He also gave me some tips on how I could save a very large and healthy holly tree from the scourge of English ivy which had started to creep up it. The quote from PTC wasn’t the lowest, but it served the trees and landscape better than any of the others.
The crew was prompt, friendly and professional. They treated my yard respectfully, were super fast, and did a great job on the removal and pruning, and left the yard looking better than when they arrived. I cannot recommend Princeton Tree Care enough. Thank you!

Have used them for 3 projects, Greatest prices that I could find with experience. Everyone from 1st phone call to clean up was professional and courteous. Addressed any concerns I had. Everyone from estimator to cutting & stump crew where always on time.. Definitely using again in the future.

I contacted Princeton Tree Care to cut a few trees and to remove stumps. Tim arrived promptly do give me estimate. Within a few days the crew arrived and cut what I wanted. They did a clean job, no damage to lawn was made. All debris was removed. Prices were right - For comparison, I got another quote from different company.

PrincetonTreeCare is a top notch organization. They live up to their name. I would recommend them for any tree / landscaping project whether large or small. I called around and folks this organization outdid them all and I was not dissappoined. Not only did I get the best price but awesome service. Sean, Scott and crew were ontime and did not waste one moment. The crew went right to work and didn't stop until the job was completed. They cleanup after themselves. Sean is a jewel and gave me great advice and insight regarding healthy trees I was considering cutting down along with others. That's honesty and integrity. He didn't drum up business because he truly cares about your trees. Since I was happy with the results, I called them back two weeks later for a second project. Same results! This was our second experience with Princeton Tree Care. Wonderful company and staff! We recently had storm damage that they quickly addressed. As well, they completed necessary maintenance so that the trees in our yard stay healthy.

Tim and his team are top notch and super knowledgeable! from their initial contact to their team showing up on time, taking care of the falling limbs to cleaning up the leftovers they gave their 120%! many thumbs up!

The crew was quick and professional. When I returned from work the site was clean like no one had been there and no trace of the tree.

I found the crew to be very professional and reliable. They came when promised and did a thorough job. They cleaned up all debris too.

We recently moved into our new house. We contacted a number of tree service companies to get three trees removed from our backyard. The Princeton Tree Care gave us a very competitive price. The job was done in a very timely and professional manner. If you happen to live in their service area, this is the tree service company you want to use.

Sian's expert advice allowed me to save two trees in distress -- one of them a very large and tall black walnut. The tree men crew did an excellent job of pruning and fertilizing. They were personable, courteous, and efficient, took care not to damage plantings around the trees, cleaned up beautifully. My go-to tree people from now on.

Used Tim and his team to prune a large beech that had a minor carpenter ant problem and also to take down a dogwood that was severely effected with carpenter ants his crew did an excellent job from start to finish

We had an ancient maple on our property line and Princeton Tree Care recommended we take it down as it was a liability. The price was fair. The crew was great. The cleanup was above expected. They were flexible to my schedule and in the end they were right about the tree. It was hollow all the way down. One of the crew even got into the stump when they were done. We hated loosing the tree, but it was the right thing to do and they did it very well.

We used Princeton Tree Care to trim/fertilize a large pin oak. Very impressed from start to finish. The employees were extremely personable.. communication was stellar.. pricing was reasonable. Would hire them again!

I have used Princeton Tree Care twice within the past three months to remove five very large trees and prune three others. From the first consultation to the last tree removal, they have been a pleasure to work with.

Tim and his crew were very knowledgeable, professional and provided prompt service. We had several trees removed and several trimmed. We are so happy with the results. I will be using Princeton Tree Care for all our future tree needs.

All I can say is "WOW"! Tim and his Crew were excellent. They are very professional and knowledgeable. We had them prune 3 trees, one of which had major storm damage fro last winter. I was going to have them take it down but Tim convinced me to save it. The River Birch out front looks beautiful! I would highly recommend Tim and his Crew.

My Contractor was a no-show and I was in dire need of a new one. We selected PTC out of six we reviewed and are very happy that we did. Tim, Chris, Sean & Colin showed up the next day and did an excellent job in trimming seven 40' pine trees that were encroaching on my property. They were not only respectful to me, my wife, and property (neighbor's as well) but to each other and it showed in the manner with which they performed their assigned tasks: Climber, Groundsman, Loader etc. They cleaned up so well afterwards that you could not tell that work had been done. I would highly recommend PTC, without reservation, and look forward to using them again this Fall.

Princeton Tree Care not only delivered the best-priced quote but Sean and his crew went well above and beyond the work that we needed them to do, pruning a dozen tall trees in addition to clearing and mulching tens of large limbs and brush, all over a few hours in a single afternoon.



Aside from the heavy lifting, Sean kept in constant contact during the period between the quote visit and the day the work was conducted. He was kind, clear and accommodating at every turn, as was everyone else with the company that I came into contact with.



Our home's surrounded by brittle white pines, so there's little doubt that we'll need Princeton Tree Care's help again. And I won't hesitate to call when the time comes.

I had several companies provide quotes. Tim was the only one who made himself available next day, provided a detailed quote, and did not suggest that my trees needed to come down. Each member of the team at Princeton Tree Care is professional, punctual, affable, and clearly love the work they do, and they care about the trees. They left my yard cleaner than it was when they arrived, the quality of the work is superb, and it may be a small thing, but they were kind to my young dogs. This kept the barking to a minimum over the course of two days. I strongly recommend Princeton Tree Care, and will absolutely be a repeat customer.
