My Furnace stopped working this morning and I called Princeton Air Customer Service. They arranged for Jacob T to visit my house between 1-4 pm today. Princeton air let me knew 1 hour prior to his arrival where he was and when he will be arriving. Jake also called me to let me know he was on his way by texting and calling me.Jake came and evaluated my furnace and I told him what error code I was seeing. Jake was courteous, professional , knowledgeable and fixed my heating issue within 30 minutes. He also recommended other warranty part needed to replace on my furnace as a preventive maintenance. They ordered the part and will install after its arrival. I am very happy with Princeton Air with their service and professionalism and I highly recommend them to anyone needing Heating or Cooling service work done.

Alberto Martino was the Residential Service Technician who serviced our furnace to prepare for winter season. He was professional, courteous, and took the necessary time to do a thorough job. He demonstrated he knew what he was doing and we had confidence in his servicing skills. He was friendly and we were happy to have him in our house. We highly recommend Alberto and Princeton Air.

Kyle arrived on time. He took the extra time to find and fix an issue. Others might have shrugged it off and created a more expensive job. Highly recommend.

Our HVAC died over the weekend and I contacted them via their online contact us form with questions about a new installation. Anthony got back to me first thing Monday morning and Colin came right out, gave me competitive pricing and scheduled installation for a day later. He arranged a window unit to hold me over until installation and it was dropped off within a couple hours. All the installers were professional and did a great job! When I got home from work there was no sign of any work done as the clean up was perfect. Highly recommend them for new HVAC systems.
