I called and explained exactly what needed to be done in the shower tub area and was quoted a good price on the phone. However when Brad arrived, the price almost doubled. He explained that he "misunderstood" what needed to be done. My advice, get a written estimate. I did leave Brad the owner a message to discuss after the fact, and no return phone call. I also emailed him as well. Therefore, I did attempt to provide advanced notice prior to posting this review. Had other's not been intimidated by his legal jargon, and posted, I would have been forewarned. Be very aware of the full page disclaimer regarding reviews of this company.

Blue Plumbing & Drain Cleaning has been my plumber since we moved to Prescott 12 years ago. They take care of my stubborn drain line and have installed a new Water heater and two new toilets and a few other things. They are prompt and very good at what they do. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a plumber who is respectful of your time and property.
