I had a plumbing leak in the wall of our walk-in shower and called RED for a quote which was $850.00. I had scheduled an appointment with them to have it fixed. A day before, I called to confirm and they said they needed to reschedule for a few days later. A few days later, I was driving in from out of town to meet with the contractor on the morning they were to be here when I received a call 2 hours before they were to be here to again reschedule for 7 days later. I haven't been able to use this shower in over 3 weeks and it continues to get rescheduled. I finally had another contractor come in and got it done in the same week and under $100 savings. I used RED in the past and was happy with prior work...knowing that I was a return customer and still continued to cancel and reschedule me is totally unacceptable. I would never use this company again, and as a Realtor, would never recommend them to a valued customer.
