This place has definitely changed! New Management. Awesome employees and quality service. I had called around and the manager (Stewart) was very informative. I don't know much about cars, but his explanations of services and parts was very thorough, so I had a better understanding. I didn't feel like I was being ripped off. His prices were very competitive. He also has a military discount! Being a Veteran that was a plus!! I mainly chose Just Brakes because of his eagerness to get me in as soon as possible. I was there within an hour of calling, and my car was in the shop as soon as I showed up. Stewart was very cordial and informative. They did a few FREE inspections, and took me to my car to explain what they found. VERY NICE! Stewart and Wade explained the problem with a visual reference so I had an idea of what I was looking at. Stewart wrote up a quick estimate for the same price he had quoted me on the phone. Plus a few things they found. Stewart told me it would be about 2 hours , and offered me a ride home. I had no way to get back, but he said he would come get me when the work was finished. Two hours later the work was done. They even polished my headlights cause they noticed they were really foggy! That's paying attention to detail!

The car drives great! And I'm extremely satisfied with the work that was done , and the friendly environment it was done in. I will definitely be back, and recommending Just Brakes to family and friends. Thanks Stewart and Wade!

I worked for this company for less than three weeks and let me tell just say i would not recomend anybody to go to this place!!!!stay away from prescott valley just brakes!!what a horrible place to work for!!Im warrning everybody do not go to this shop for anything!!dont let them tell you you need and alignment on your car either because every car that comes into the shop thats the first place it goes.streight to the alignment rack.its free money so no matter what they say you need an alignment.next do not let them do any fluid flushes because none of there equipment works!!!they do it the the worst way they just suck out the old fluid and put new in and make it sound like they bleed your entire system out and feed you a line of b/s!!anyways im letting you people know this is not a quality shop..they are liars cheats and skumballs.and if you do read this and you decide against my warrning and you do meet nick in persone just remember this listen out for his stttuuuutterrr and thats when you know he is thinking of a line of lies to feed you!just remember this the more money he makes on you the bigger his check is..
