Sasha and Ben are genuine people who run fantastic classes. Sasha has taken my girls who had never danced and they look like they've been doing it for years after only one year. Highly recommend Fusion fitness/dance classes to anyone.

Fusion of Movement is the best!! Our family can't get enough. My husband and I workout together and have had amazing results in a short period of time. Our oldest son is learning Kenpo Karate and looks forward to it every day. He is building confidence and strength while leaning respectable life skills. Our youngest has a blast in the ever so fun and clean "playzone". Sasha and Ben are extremely talented and motivating for all skill levels. They truly believe in what they are doing. We are so blessed to have them here in our town. I just want to spread the word so that more people can take advantage of what they have to offer.
