We had the most wonderful moving crew last Sat. They were so nice and efficient and careful not to damage anything. I have never had an experience like this on. (We've used the Named Moving companies) prev. on our move out of state. But this move went like clockwork and the 3 gentlemen were so police and put thing exactly where we wanted them to be. I can only give this a 5 star only because it won't let me go any higher, which would be a 10. Good job men. I want to thank your company... esp. Bill your mgr., and the two workers, who were excellent in every way. Those guys arrived on time, ran hard all day, never complained, and home later than expected. I made sandwiches for them, worried they wouldn't stop long to eat. Very few items scratched or damaged, nothing serious. They were careful with not damaging walls or woodwork! One piece glass on desk cracked, but was over 40 years old. No way would I put in claim for that! They brought it to my attention, made an offer to replace. I thank you all, and hard as the move was for me... 84 yrs old, it went well, and your workers did well, too. I will miss Prescott Valley, but need to be in senior apartment, near my family here. Do give those young men my thanks and appreciation... and a raise!Helen R.

Ken and Adam, showed on time. They got right to work and you could tell they knew what they were doing. Had to empty a mini-storage first then on to the house. Rates very fair, and these folks do not waste time. I would highly recommend these movers to all.

This firm moved me 3.5 miles and managed to "lose" many of my belongings, damage many furniture items including nearly 150 year old antiques and not pay for the cost of repairs, and the manager accosted me in my home in front of witnesses. They sent 3 men to do a 4-man jog, and one of them was lame. The truck they used would not accommodate my furniture, so instead of choosing to complete the move the next day as the foreman suggested, they refused and crammed as much of it as possible into their small truck, resulting in much damage. My friend and I took much of my belongings over ourselves. The police have been called, and complaints have been filed with the Attorney General's office, BBB, and the Chamber of Commerce. Stay away from this firm if you want your belongings undamagd!!!

I'd highly recommend this company to anyone in need of a mover; short move, long move, big or small. They take great care not to damage or destroy anything and they hold to their quote unlike others.
