Was referred to this Dr by the VA/Triwest. I have never met Dr. El-Harakeh due to the poor follow up and unprofessional treatment of his staff. After repeated attempts to contact his office to schedule an appointment I received a phone call today from a very rude and overbearing woman (office manager - I think) indicating that they won't see me and hung up on me. The doc may be okay but I'll never know because of the rudeness and unprofessionalism of his staff.
