We have been with this company since 2011 since we moved to Prescott Valley, AZ
The first agent's name was John, a very nice man. Natalie came in later. I have two properties covered by the company. Recently one policy needs to renew on Jan.21, I called Natalie on Jan.10 and requested to review the policy to see if I get the cost down with the HOA coverage, she promised to reply to me on Jan.14. On 15th, I called the office, the girl promised to pass the massage to Natalie, I got no answer; I called on Wednesday, the girl said to me Natalie was working on it, she would call me later the day, I got no call. Today I called the office, a nice man, his name is David, is going to pass the message to Natalie and he is willing to help me I guess if Natalie lets him. I am very disappoint at Natalie business attitude . She does not seem to care about clients. She failed to keep her promise.
