So i have two vehicles n took my truck to this shop n had them put tires on before i had to go to work the next day. N took my car to work n left my truck at home. Well i went to go pick up the boys on Christmas day in the truck n was driving down the road at 35 miles an hour when my driver side wheel n rim goes flying off my truck down the road, hitting my head on the steering wheel n running my front driver side rotar, the rim got egged out, fender, fender flare and wheel. So i called alvarez to have the damages fixed and they denied that they put the tires on. These people will con you if you don't watch yourself.

Just read Garry's review...My experience with Alvarez Tire was quite the opposite! I have been going to them for 7yrs and have had 4 different vehicles worked on. Even tho they are ALWAYS busy (that alone says something) they have always been very courteous, helpful and very accurate with the time it would take to service my cars. They have either worked me in quickly or when I call they tell me what time to come in with least amount of wait.

My spare tire was stolen when I went to Alvarez Tire to fix a flat...won't EVER go back.

They will lose your spare tire and then not supply you with what you came in with.

Alvarez Tire doesn't deserve 1 star.

I brought a tire in for fixing and when I left they didn't re-attach my spare--they LOST IT!!!

No pride and horrible customer service. Inept and unkind.

Raul the owner will look you in the eyes and lie. Zero integrity ..had to go to a different tire shop for warranty. Complete run around...Beware.

Not impressed at all...they keep giving us the runaround and they keep changing their stories. I would not recommend this company to anyone!

I waited 5 hours last week to get tires put on.they were busy I understand that. Drove 2 miles home and had a terrible vibration. Had to eait till the following friday to go back.they said I had 2 bent wheels. I bought them and they didn't help. Then they tell me the tires are too wide...b.s. they are the samee size. They wanted me to buy 4 more tires and that would fix it. They said their cost was 160.00 a tire. Thats what discount wants. Need less to say they are not getting a dime from me. They need to take customer service classes

I had alvarez replace all four of my tires a month ago, not only did they break two studs that held a tire on they lot two lug nuts and messed up the alignment. When i called them the next buisness day they didnt belive me and asked what i did to my car to mess it up ! I was dissapointed so I took my car to discount where they fixed it and in the future its where I ll buy my tires !!!

Pros: Very friendly, good pricing, good work.Cons: Lacking a professional atmosphere.Four stars!

Great price,s very up front, won't sell you anything you don't need. We always recomend Alvarez!

I have 4 trucks and always call around for prices before buying. Alvarez is always in the top 3 for pricing. I usually drop the truck off and come back for it later so I am not waiting on them all day. I have never had any problems. The servive was always good.

Worst!I was told $125 for one tire to be mounted & balanced. Out the door total. I asked them to swap 1 tire to a different rim, he said it would be some additional labor, and they were going to give me a new lug nut key. He said 45 minutes. And said it would be right at $150 out the door. 1 hour later, they were just getting the tire from the warehouse, and had 1 old man working on it. And 30 minutes later we had to pay. It was $175 and they charged us for the labor & lug key. I asked for my lug key back, they couldn't find it! I had asked them to check tire pressure in all tires, they did not do it. They dropped my rim in the shop, never even taked to us, or told us if they were done or not. I emailed, and of course, no response! Will not go back. EVER!

mom of 3, I always feel like they are looking out for my cost and keep up on my car. I always recieve great service and great prices. My car has 184,000 miles. Thanks to Alvarez Tire!!!!
