I had such a bad experience when I went to my appointment the staff was so rude! I had a 2:00 p.m appointment.. I was early with my paperwork already done after sitting until 2:30 I asked why I wasn't seen already they informed me that my appt. was at 2:30 when they made appoint they said 2:00. things changed with their schedule! At 3:03 I was still waiting i asked why i wasn't being helped they told me i would be going in right away as they were speaking i watched the Dr. take in someone else!! When i spoke to the lady Susie she told me "we had a few elderly people in today well I am 70 yrs. old I don't understand what that had to do with them over booking!! I will never use Nationwide again and I will tell everyone in this small community about this company. I felt that they should be more professional and more attentative to their clientsThis is not how a company should work it felt like an assembly line and i was the next cow in line to be killed Marty Hassett
