My first impression of their work was extremely unsatisfactory. After a heated conversation that I must apologize for, the owner sent over a guy to smooth things over. Devin arrived 2-3 hours after calling and was more than helpful. He did the work that was asked of him and showed a great amount of professional skill. Not only did he display great customer care, but also a good hardworking ethic.I would hire him back any time, the company is a different story.

Kim is amazing! She is thorough, fast, energetic, and happy to help always! She not only helps me clean, but she also helps me run errands! She has a wonderful sense of humor and has boundless patience. Kim and her team have helped me organize clutter, wash the dishes, clean laundry, clean the apartment from top to bottom, and go grocery shopping. Her service is extremely inexpensive and does a top notch job, leaving everything smelling fresh. I am so lucky to have Maid in America take the pressure of cleaning off of me and leave me smiling. I am a loyal and very satisfied customer.

When ever I use Maid in America Prescott they are always very punctual, detail oriented, and efficient. I wouldn't hire anyone else to clean my house. They are very reliable and trustworthy and I would highly recommend Maid in America Prescott to anyone.

When asked to comment on Kimberlee's service, I was eager to do so, to let others know just how pleased I have been! I have found Kimberlee to be trustworthy, reliable, and very focused on details. When I leave special instructions, they are followed to the letter. For the routine cleaning, I only had to tell her once what I needed and it got done that way from then on. Anytime I have needed those last-minute jobs done, she has been there. When deciding to have my house professionally cleaned, I fretted over whether I could afford it, whether I should let someone into my home, even whether I would be considered lazy because I paid to have my house cleaned. I am pleased to report that my dollar has gone much farther than I thought, I have enjoyed the company, and I now think, "To Hell with what anyone else thinks!" I cleaned house for 30 years and worked ever since the kids got old enough. Now I can afford to treat myself to this service, and I love it! Give Kimberlee a call.
