Paid Carescape for front yard landscaping, including planting 2 trees. One was extremely bent at the bottom and top. Requesting it be replaced but they refused, claiming trees are the like people and they have different personalities. Also they didn't bury the water lines underground, claiming "when above ground this makes it easier to repair". After the landscaping was installed had a water leak, which they did repair. Poor customer service and selling a lousy product like deformed trees are reasons to avoid this business.

I hired Carescape for paver work when we had a driveway expansion. The stones they used turned color quickly. I called Carescape to come look at their work. The woman at the office stated they didn't have record of the job, although I have an invoice & cancelled check. She was extremely rude. I sent an e-mail to Carescape but they refused to come out to look at the work. I COULDN"T BE MORE DISAPPOINTED. I did find another landscape company that did excellent work. Now I am hearing from so many people that have had trouble with Carescape.
