I was traveling through Prescott on vacation and my tow vehicle broke down on Friday late afternoon. Ben, at Canyon Auto, was gracious enough to take a look at my vehicle before closing shop. These guys did a great job identifying the issues with my vehicle and went above and beyond researching the the problem. I would definitely go back to Canyon Auto if I were ever to have another problem traveling through Prescott.

I brought my VW Jetta to Canyon Auto. I specifically asked if they were certified to service my vehicle being that it's a European car. The manager, Corey, said YES. Turned out that was a lie. They said I just need some new breaks. I agreed for Canyon to fix them Paid the bill $350 & left. 2 weeks later I hear my breaks and they are LOUDER than before. I bring my VW back and speak with Corey again. He looks at it & 3 HOURS LATER tells me my breaks are no good. I immediately question him, asking why there's ANY problems with my breaks when I just paid hundreds for NEW ones?? I requested he return my car to my possession. I contact Volkswagen, get a referral to an actual CERTIFIED VW mechanic. They report back that Canyon Auto DAMAGED my rotors and I need ALL NEW again. They also put INCORRECT PARTS. I requested a full refund from Canyon PROMISING 2 bring in proof/invoice of new services & Corey hung up on me refused to answer my calls afterwards. I've had ZERO contact with them since.

I am SO IMPRESSED with Canyon Auto and Truck Repair! The Owner Kevin went above and beyond when I really needed assistance with my car and the Service Manager Cory is an expert at identifying and repairing with precision and timeliness. I was really in a bind with my car breaking down and Canyon Auto & Truck Repair saved the day! These folks keep their commitments, costs are low, and they have such integrity. Highly recommended for trustworthy work!
