I was very anxious to bring my dog to this long time facility. But now with these negative experiences I am very disappointed. Just as everyone else we all hope that our pets are being cared for with the best. Sad to hear the bad reports. Oh well.

I have been leaving my dog at the Doggie Dude Ranch for about a year and a half. When i first adopted my dog, she was shy and nervous. She doesn't usually like strangers. I was worried she would not like to be boarded and boy was i wrong!When I pull into the parking lot, Tatum starts wagging her tail. She knows the employees and runs right up to them, even though she is normally shy around people. When I pick up my dog at the end of a trip, she is tired and happy. I've had her groomed there a few times and she always looks fantastic!I recommend this kennel to all of my friends!!

I also took my black lab to the doggie dude ranch. The first time I notice she cowered when I got the broom out(after her 2 day stay) She never did that before. I've had her for 7 yrs. The second time when she got home she couldn't sit. She would wimper in pain. I called them and they said she wagged her tail so hard it bruised it. I think someone their pulled her tail. I was also told she was to hyper to play with the other dogs. BULL.

I took my dog there because it was suppost to be fun for him and he could visit with the other dogs because he is very social ,while I had to go out of state for about a week. Come to find out he never got to play with the other dogs only watch them from behind a fence. They said he was too hyper for the other dogs. My dog never had any agression they said just too hyper....I cannot tell you how angry I was and how wrong this was for my dog. Ever since going to that place he now has issues on a leash and tugs now when another dog passes for attention because they seperated him for a week and he wanted that play experience and exercise now it has been engraved in his mind. I did not pay a ton of money for my dog to be locked away from the other dogs and to be left in a kennel for a week!!!!!!! He was singled out. This is not a good place for your dog DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE
