Anthony and Josh arrived on-time and set to digging up a poorly installed section of my sewer. They showed-up on time and explained why I would get stoppages and how they would make the repair. They worked efficiently, removed the old pipe, installed new and back filled the trench and raked the soil level to my satisfaction. Thanks guys, Gary

Tim and John arrived early for their appointment at our Prescott Lakes Home. They had to reconnect the plumbing in my wife's bathroom following the installation of a new vanity. They offered to do a check of our other sinks, shower, toilets, etc. to which we agreed. They came up with an estimate which seemed well done and fairly priced. They completed their work in a superior fashion. These young men were clean, competent, polite we'd welcome them back anytime. This is the first time we'd met Tim and John but we'd used William and Bill before with equal success and satisfaction. This is a great company!!.

Great same day service. Our waterline froze and broke in garage. James arrived when promised and repaired pipes and weatherized them thoroughly. He was friendly and professional. Will not hesitate to call on the Plumbing Store and request James for any future plumbing services.

James and Richard came on time and did a great job. I'm giving them 4 1/2 stars. Unfortunately The Plumbing Store gets 2 stars for being sooooo overpriced. To dig a 2 foot hole already flooded by a leak and half dug by me and replace a shutoff water valve. It took 1 1/2 hours and cost me $835.00. I take responsibility in not calling any other companies for a price comparison and that is on me.

My husband and I live in Peeples Valley (45 minutes south of Prescott), and usually have some difficulty getting installers/repairmen to make the trip to our house. But Bill G. and James P. from The Plumbing Store have quickly and happily traveled to our house on 3 different occasions. 1) to install new outside faucets and plumbing; 2) to install/replace a kitchen sink and garbage disposal; and 3) most recently install/repalce 3 new watersaving toilets, a basement shower stall, Navien wall-mounted hot water heater; remove a bidet and replace with pedestal sink, and install an complicated large shower stall unit in our master bath. They show up on time, are upbeat and happy in their work, show ingenuity and creativity when faced with difficult technical issues, and went above and beyond in the work that needed to be done. They were very knowledgeable in all plumbing areas, did all work up-to-code, and didn't cut any corners. They even cleaned up after themselves completely! So, needless to say, I'm very, very happy. Fair price, great work, and above-and-beyond work ethics! I highly recommend!!!

We purchased a new water heater from the Plumbing Store. The installation and customer service were just amazing. The options we had available to us in water heaters was explained in detail so we could make the best decision possible for our needs. The water heater was delivered and installed at the promised time and date. I cannot say enough for this business. The honesty and straightforwardness was refreshing. Everyone we dealt with was polite, professional and very friendly. We are pleased with our new purchase and it works as promised. Excellent front office assistance selecting the proper technician who called to confirm appointment, he arrived on time as scheduled did a quick and thorough job at a surprisingly fair rate..........I would use the 'Plumbing Store" again and will recommend to others.

Called the Plumbing store after large local company didn't get back to me after a week with a quote. The ladies I dealt with over the phone were very professional, and it seems they wanted to earn the business. John P. was sent out to the site and explained the options I had to complete the project I called them for, which was a gas line install on a detached garage. John was a pleasure to deal with and he didn't mind me asking questions (which is extremely important to me). The job was done in a bout half a day. It passed inspection with no problem and John was out the same day it passed inspection to make the final connection. I found my new company for plumbing needs I can not do myself!

I have been a Plumbing Store customer going on 6 years now. My dad and I have rentals that I manage here in the Prescott and Prescott Valley area. The Plumbing store has always gotten a friendly technician out on the same day and I like that they have always guaranteed their work! I recently had to update the bathrooms in a rental and the manager, Kim took time out of her day to help me pick out what would work best for my price range. The technician kept me updated throughout the entire process, left the property cleaner then when he arrived, and installed everything for a fair price.
