A pleasure to do business with. Took care of what we needed in a timely matter. Would highly recommend.

Woke up on Saturday only to find my ac unit was frozen completely.
This was the 2nd time this had happened. Mays had put this system in for
me in April of 1999. Time to get a quote on a new one. Called Mays that morning to schedule an appointment for a quote. Got a call that afternoon,
could come by shortly if that was ok with me. He came by and we looked at the old system. He quoted me a price I could not refuse. It was installed a few days later. I was at work that day, my wife texted me updates on how it was going. I got home and everything was working perfectly. Completely satisfied. Highly recommend. Very friendly. Thanks

We had a unit too small for our house. Mays recommended an affordable solution, assisted with getting financing, and once complete scheduled a day the following week for install.

On install date they were running a few minutes behind, but called and told me they would be late for only about 15 minutes off their scheduled time. All employees were polite, friendly, and professional. Issues found once working the job were handled as well. I had some wood rot they fixed, and my return air was not large enough. They fixed that all while they were there.

By far, Mays has been the best experience we have had with an HVAC company. I would recommend them to anyone needing professional, affordable service.

This is an excellent company. They came out and were very professional and efficient, couldn't have asked for better people to come out, they treat you like family and with the utmost respect. Would recommend this company to all my friends and family

The receptionist that answered the phone was very rude, short, and unhelpful. I have a pregnant wife that has had some issues with our pregnancy, 3 kids, and our air has been out for 2 days in the middle of August. Our rental office called in a work order for them to come out, but she wouldn't give me a timeframe or any helpful info as to when they were coming or whether they were coming at all. Today is Friday and we can't go a entire weekend without air. I bet her air is working great so she could care less about a concerned customer. My advice to her...if you don't like your job QUIT!!!!

Please do yourself a favor and at least call Mays for information and pricing. He really came through for me. My old unit was beyond repair and had to get a new one. It really hurt me financially because I am already struggling. Mays had the best price, professional at his job and friendly. Please call Mays 334-361-1895. Thanks once again Mr.Paul Mays!!!!

CTKII - One of the oldest businesses of its kind in the area, and for good reasons! Prompt, excellent service, and guaranteed workmanship. Sales do not feel forced or come with any sense of "pressure". I have called nights and weekends for not only myself, but also sister and mother-in-law, and these guys show up! Nothing "slick", just honest, "old-school" work. If you've been disappointed by other heating and a/c companies, give these guys a call.
