Our AC went out in the dead of summer and temps in our house rose quickly. We have small children so I felt panicked, wondering how long it would take to get AC in the house again. I called Goggins and they showed up within an hour and had our capacitor replaced and AC running almost immediately. I was prepared to pay a pretty penny, but my husband and I were surprised at the price (in a good way). Mr Goggins was fair, polite and professional. He will be the first person I call in the future for any AC/heating needs.

A friend of mine in the heating and A/C business recommended Goggins to me and I couldn’t have been happier. Everybody knows that heating and A/C repair costs are pricey but they were extremely reasonable. I fully expected to pay twice what I was charged. I am a retired 20 year Marine and they gave me a military discount as well. They had the part I needed that was bad (control board) that they salvaged from another unit and gave it to me free of charge. All I paid for was labor and now my heating and A/C unit runs like new again. They’re a small family owned company and they said they prefer it that way so they don’t have to charge big company prices. I stopped by their company office to pay my bill and the owner met with me, offered me coffee, and was very personable. Great company and great experience. I fully recommend them to anybody in the Prattville area.

It is football Saturday and I realized my house was getting hotter by the second 99 degrees by the thermostat. I called Goggins Heating and Cooling and he was here in about 30 minutes or less. Repaired my a/c and I can actually breathe again!! Thank you so much!!!

If you've tried some of the other companies that keep coming out and replacing components you don't need without effecting anything other than your bank account, call Mr. Goggins. He and Mike are prompt, courteous, thorough, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. They will find and fix your problem.

Woke up to no A/C. Left a message as I saw they opened at 9am on Saturdays. Mr. Goggins called me a bit after 8 and told me he would be here within the hr. He was here before 9 located the issue and had it fixed in no time. Very professional and very reasonable. He will definitely be my go to for A/C repair if we need help in the future.

First off, do yourself a favor and call Goggins Heating and Cooling to get the honesty everyone deserves when calling upon a repair service. So my A/C starts "sitting down on the job" over here on Jenny Drive in Prattville, AL and I called one of those popular companies to COME FIX MY HOME just so I could pay them 60 bucks to come out and tell me it was going to be another $558.45 to replace the fan on the outside unit because the motor was "going bad".
Well, I needed a second opinion on that because I, truthfully, couldn't afford that price for another two weeks and so I hit up the internet to see what reviews I could find. All of the ones for Goggins read great and described the company as trustworthy, dependable, honest and willing. I gave them a ring on the phone and explained about calling another company and what they said about it...and about how I didn't have enough to cover that quoted price until my next paycheck and the man, Roy, said he was willing to work with me. That sold me right there. He showed up at my house, checked out the unit and told me it was just a capacitor. The bill came to $110 even. I could afford this. I am thankful that he was willing to work with me in the beginning....how often do you hear about that?... but even better, it was fixed for a fraction of the original quote and took less than 20 minutes.
Personable, honest and willing to help and estimates are free. I wish I had called them first..

Very Impressed. After an electrical storm our upstairs central A/C unit wasn't cooling. Owner came out checked the unit and to my surprise he said "there was nothing wrong with the unit, The recent power outage had knocked the compressor off line and I wasn't giving it enough time to reset its self. I had local company tell me over the phone that the compressor was shot and that I needed to replace entire unit and pushed me to set appt.. to review options and cost!!!. So thankful for the Goggins referral from a coworker. We will continue to use and refer our family and friends to Goggins.

Goggins charged us half of what we were quoted from another company in the area for the exact same service! They were very prompt and professional. I highly recommend them for your needs!

AC failed on a Sunday in stormy weather with tornados reported in the area. Goggins came when I called and fixed problem. I've used Goggins for 20 years, and I was not surprised at this level of service. Always reliable.

our 20 year old unit quit cooling, mr. Goggins came out and got it cooling again, while he was here I had him to give me an estimate on a replacement heat pump, his numbers was by far the most reasonable, and was able to have it here and installed the next day. He told me his crew would arrive at 8 30am and they did. it is 12.30pm as I write this review and am very comfortable as Goggins is finished up and my house is cooling down as I type !

Came home to no AC because the lawn service accidentally sliced through a wire... Thank goodness for Goggins Air in Prattville! I called at 6pm and didn't expect a call back until the next morning and he was nice enough to come right over and fix it fast! Highly recommend!
