They charged me for services before I approved them and don't believe that my dog even needed the treatments that they gave him. I felt very taken advantage of so I went to another vet. Then they had the audacity to send me a letter saying that my pets were no longer welcome because I was unhappy with their services. Their prices are twice as much as other vets, and their staff is rude and disrespectful.

Please know that you guys ONLY get 5 stars for the service we received. It was a pleasant experience bringing our cat to you guys for the first time, however, as we proceeded to check out, I was making conversation with the lady at the front counter. We were talking about how I work at the Prattville humane shelter when a blonde girl with glasses and hair in a bun decided she wanted to get involved in our conversation by basically saying that our shelter was crap and we kill everything we get. She then stated how "run down" we are. VERY RUDE AND UNCALLED FOR. She then told me about the 2 dogs she adopted from there the previous year, and how she was told if they weren't adopted by a certain time that they would be euthanized. ALSO NOT HOW MY SHELTER WORKS. She also continued to give me dirty, disgusted looks as I was explaining how we work and do what we can with what we have. I was just very unhappy with her all around. If it wasn't for her, this review would have been much better. PLEASE do something with your little girls you have working for you and teach them how to work with customers THE RIGHT WAY.

Absolute professionals! You could not ask for better bedside manners than any of these Dr.s have. My babies see Dr. Trotter but we have had emergencies and see the other Dr.'s also. All are outstanding. They make you feel like they are taking care of their own children and not your animals! I would pay 10X than what this clinic charges. They have always gone above and beyond what was necessary They even worked out payment schedules with me before. I sometimes wish I was a dog so that I could get a Dr. as good as any of the ones that work at Animal Medical Clinic. Their boarding facility and staff is friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. The beautiful lady who works in the kennel even gave me her home phone number so I could call and check on my little princess on the weekends. You couldn't ask for a better vet. If anyone here is ever rude to you like one reviewer said, they must have REALLY done something stupid. I can't imagine anything but zin-like interactions with any of the staff.

I would like to respond to the negative remark above...It wasn't Stephanie it was Micki and I remember this conversation and it had to do with charging to someone else's account that her name wasn't on and Micki was right we have legal guidelines that we have to go by. But just to clear the air it wasn't Stephanie.

i had the most concerning moment with my dog of 14 yrs. Dr. trotter and his staff took care of my pet as one of their own. My most high score possible, and sincere thanks!!!!!!!!

WORST VET EVER!! Very rude! Did not follow rules with new clients, then calls and harrasses other family members about my pets. When i called to speak with them about this the lady "Stephanie" yelled/spoke over me and then hung up on me. I will never ever use them again. SOOO unprofessional it's ridiculous! Rather pay extra at other clinics and get treated nice then payless. Guess you get what you pay for!
