I am owner of Starnail - what I believed that I was away from dec07- March17 from this store . So sorry for what you had such a unpleasant experience from one of employee that served you .please have a contact for better service in future .

I just returned from a massage at star nails across from Starks. The masseuse was good. However, the store did not smell good and the massage room was not clean. The worst part of the experience was the rudeness of the owner/manager. She entered the room as I was dressing and turned out the light - did not say hello. Instead she said to finish, finish and go outside the room. Not sure why she was rushed - there were no other customers in the shop. When I tried to talk to her she was very rude, and walked away.



I Wil not return there nor recommend the shop to anyone.

I have been going to star nails for 10 years and they have always done an amazing job on any service I had done there and sent friends there over the years they all love the place

Best nail art! Always happy with my pedicures from here!
