My dad went to see if he won anything on a PowerBall ticket & when he handed the ticket to the lady she ran it on the machine & it played a music meaning that he won some money & she signed the ticker & walked away with his ticket without giving him any information about the ticket. Can't believe she never came back to my dad to let him know anything about the ticket. The lady was white headed straight hair & heavy set. So my dad end up going back over there to talk to the manager & he just laughed about the situation. What kind of company does this to their customers, which is unprofessional in the job. So if u think u have a winning ticket & go here then make sure u watch the cashiers because they will stick it in the pocket...
