I have used this company for HVAC repairs and service for fifteen or twenty years. The service was always good. There have been two instances where I have needed new installation - one over ten years ago, and one right now. In both of these cases I have left my name and number with the company, but no one would return my call to set up an appointment.



In this latest case, after having waited for two or thee weeks, I called back in an attempt to reach the owner and inform him of the problem. I left word with the receptionist to pass on to the owner, merely as a favor to the owner, presuming that he was not aware of the situation. The receptionist evidently passed the word on to the foreman, a technician, or the person who should have been responsible for calling me back.



Some time later I got a call from this person, who began to pepper me with questions, such as, "Have you ever been to this office?", "Do you follow me around to see what I do all day?", and so forth, interrupting me each time I tried to answer him. Evidently, according to him, the receptionist relayed to him that he wasn't doing his job (which is not what I said. I don't even know this clown!!).



When I was finally allowed to speak, I explained that I was merely trying to inform the owner that the ball was being dropped somewhere on returning potential Customer calls; whereupon, he said, "Well, that's nice to know, and you're still not getting a quote from us!" Then, he hung up the phone.



Well, it goes without saying, that I don't desire a quote from this company anymore, and I won't be using them or recommending them, as I have so often done in the past.



It's really too bad that what has been a good company can be sabotaged by a rude and belligerent bottom-feeder. I have taken my phone calls and my money elsewhere.
