After four days of leaving phone messages and no one returning my call, l gave up.
Glad you guys have so much to do, you don't have to answer the phone.

They are more concerned about their bottom line than the needs of their customers. Stay away from ATC.

Very Dissatisfied! Very Dissapointed!

I feel this company did what other companies did during Katrina. I feel it offered predatory relief servies. Got a pieced tarp on 4/29 one on front one one back. This was an eldery lady and rain was pouring in her house from hail damage to her roof since series of tornados hit one after another in this same area.. What she thought was a receipt for tarp and permission to talk to insurance company was a biinding contract.

No set prices or fees for labor or materials. No time frame- None at all!

No estimate attached! That they act on behalf of the insured in ALL matters relative to the restoration and damges sustained to Insured's real property. ( would this include the inside walls and celings ?) That any work required by the local building department to bring items up to code will be an extra cost and will be an extra charge over an above the Insurance settlement and will be insured's responsibility to pay. To the right hand bottom at very end in a smaller box on the receipt/contract they had her initial ATC wants 1,600.00 cancellation fee, recovery and attorney fees if anyone else does the work. No estimate No time frame No upfront costs for labor and materials. It is now5/24 Insurance company has not heard from ATC per Gordo Watson..

Office personnel for ATC stated they cannot be responsible for missed holes as they did 100-200 tarps a day. Would this be allowed in normal times. Sources are strained in this area and house still getting wet. Mr. Ferguson said he will not cancel contract so that the elderly lady may get what we consider honest folks to come out and take care of her. She has cognitive problems and lives alone. Price gouging includes but not limited to utilities, lodging. goods, or servies for clean-up or repair. Also iincludes unjustified high prices for materials or supplies that victims of storm damage may have little choice but to buy. For all of you with Mothers, Fathers, Grandmothers or Grandfathers or have or know a loved one who is mentally challenged or disabled and even those who have no seroius problems at all if you or they have signed a similiar contract please contact: Attorney General Robert E.
