Would like to thank the parts desk and persons for helping me. Needed a gasket for my kitchen faucet. They took the time to research and came up with the right gasket. It didnt matter that the part was only .49 cents they wanted to make sure it was the correct one.

Love going to this place. Huge selection of items to choose from, friendly staff. Nice to have them close by.

The store is overpriced and the quality does not justify the price. Items are at least 30 to 50 percent more than other hardware stores. There also a limited number of items. I was also not at all impressed with the service.

The store is well stocked and the staff is quite knowledgeable about EVERYTHING we have ever asked about. Much better than a big box store, and they are a great addition to the neighborhood. And even the cashiers know exactly what aisle everything is in. We are very impressed.

Always seem to have the piece I need with very helpful and friednly advice.
