The Good
I have had a extraction and bone graph done here in anticipation of doing more work here,everything went fine and wanted to get a handle on the cost of the next round of implants bone graphs skin graphs and so on.
This is where it goes south.

The Bad

Racheal Ward their implant coordinator had the hardest time giving me a straight answer to my questions,
What my out of pocket cost would be ? and so on
(we are talking 5 figures )

Eventually I was able to piece together a rough guesstimate
of my the total in on a piece of paper.
I left the office thinking that was awkward,like a used car lot.

But they will surely follow up and I will get the whole scoop and we can get this started right.Nope !

A recent interaction with her confirms my misgivings.

Everyone at this place was very kind and passionate. I'd go there again if I need a tooth pulled!

This is the first review I've ever written, but I have been so impressed by the professionalism that Dr. Brian Stern and his staff displays. At my initail evaluation, they provided a document explaining what my financial responsibility for the surgery would be. In addition, they gave me my presriptions documents which was very impressive. Who wants to wait on prescriptions after the surgery?



Dr. Stern’s staff's mannerism is not only very professional, but they display a good sense of humor, which is quite relaxing when you're just about to have surgery.



Dr. Stern did an excellent job of explaining what he was going to do and he made me feel confident that I was in good hands. I will definitely recommend Dr. Stern to my friends.
