BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS PLACE LONG RIVER CHINESE CUISINE ESPECIALLY IF YOU PAY WITH YOUR DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD THEY CHARGE YOU THE AMOUNT OF THE FOOD WHEN YOU PAY FOR IT AND TWO OR THREE DAYS LATER THEY CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD/DEBIT CARD ADDITIONAL MONEY
YOU NEED TO CHECK YOUR ACCOUNT CAREFULLY I WAS A VICTIM OF THIS.... THE DELIVERY GUY (ASIAN WITH SHOULDER LENGHTH HAIR) DELIVERED MY FOOD TO MY HOUSE THEN DECIDED TO GIVE HIMSELF A TIP AND CHARGED IT TO MY CARD.... I FOUND OUT 3 DAYS LATER WHEN I CHECKED MY BANK ACCOUNT AND WHEN I CALL LONG RIVER CHINESE CUISINE LOCATED IN MACLAND RD THEY STATED THAT I HAD GIVEN A TIP THAT I HAD NOT AUTHORIZED OR DONE

GOD ONLY KNOWS HOW MANY PEOPLE HAVE BEEN VICTIM OF THIS AND DON'T EVEN KNOW IT
SO TO ALL YOU CONSUMERS OUT THERE BE VERY CAREFUL
YOU WILL BE SMART TO TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.........DON'T BE A FOOL ...DON'T BE A VICTIM


P.S. I DEMANDED OF COURSE MY MONEY BACK AND HAD THEM REPAY ME OVERDRAFT FEES FROM MY BANK.......BUT IT WAS VERY FRUSTRATING AND AGGRAVATING

OMG, the best Chinese I've had in years. Amazing. Even my 16 yr old daughter was surprised. I highly recommend them.

Do not order from this place service is the worst in the world. I called to place a order and the guy was very rude. The food made me sick. I am calling the health department and open a case please don't eat from here. You will get sick. And to top it off they charge me twice for the same food the same day.

I, too, had the same experience with fraud from Long River. The amount debited from bank was higher than the amount on the receipt, even with tip included. When I called to question it, they offered to give me $2 credit off my next meal. I will be ordering elsewhere from now on.

I have never had any problems with ordering from Long River. They are nice and polite. The food is awsome !!

ONLY problem I have with is there is no menu on line to look at. Other than that It's a must try place for those that haven't !
