The manager in this store has horrible customer service she doesn't speak and she makes customers wait while she chit chatting with people who aren't customers. The clerks are excellent always nice, always speak, and they build rapport. One of the clerks would be better fit as a manager than the current one. My advice would be to get a better leader at this store
