poor customerservice

Wait time to buy something or check in for grooming the three times I have been there I wait 10min because nobody is manning the front and the groomers see you from the back but do not offer any help. I tried a grooming for my dog only to have his four paws cut very uneven,there were litteral long strands just hanging out against what looked like a hack job. I will never go there again.

Excellent Service...Unique and Caring

The Buried Bone is a fun, unique dog boutique. Service is excellent. Groomers are skilled and very good with the animals, and your dogs don't have to be caged. Friendly all around. Great source for healthy treats. A variety of specialty dog and cat food is available, including raw food. A fun place to visit with your pet.
