Cody is amazing and very professional! He did an amazing job on severe pet stains on my carpet! He cleaned my area rug for free! I am so incredibly pleased with the quality of his service and the companies professionalism. I have severe allergies and all the biodegradable products used were absolutely perfect for me! I will be using them again to clean my furniture and wood floors next! Thank you!! 🙏🏻

Brandon was super awesome worked fast and was friendly! Thank you the carpets and rugs look great! Brandon was very respectful and understanding about wearing a mask and shoe shields due to my twins being at risk due to health conditions! Will definitely being using zerorez again!

We had 4 room and 2 rugs cleaned. As usual they did a great job. The guys were professional and got the job done in a timely manor. We highly recommend Zerorez to everyone.

Preston was an awesome tech. Explained the process, conducted walk thru and went straight to work. Then upon completion asked me to inspect the areas prior to him restowing his truck. With no areas of concern he told me he’d pack his truck then return for payment. My first Zerorez clean and I’d recommend them to anyone.

Our carpets were disgusting after the COVID year. Our neighbors recommended them as well. I can’t believe how good it looks! We’ve had them cleaned in the past, but they look better than before. Highly recommend!

Very knowledgeable & informative on how to upkeep my carpet. Called to inform me the person was running late due to car trouble. Didn’t need to do that because they gave me a window. Very courteous.

When the ZeroRez tech Ta arrived, I wasn’t prepared (he was on time, I just had unexpected things that day which backed up my schedule), but he was very flexible and helped work around me so I wouldn’t have to reschedule. I really appreciated it. I had some heavy stains in the entry ways to 2 of my bedrooms and the stains came right out. Great service, price is fair (3 rooms $123 total including taxes) now that I think of it, totally shoulda tossed Ta a few extra bucks to buy him lunch today. Sorry Ta, just slipped my mind. Great job though. I’ve used ZeroRez twice now and will definitely use again.
