There are so many jobs and licenses that require a Live Scan. Sam (The owner) was very professional and knew exactly what needed to be done. I had a personal issue that required me to be relicensed. He handled the job with dignity and grace. Having someone else touch your hands is difficult for some people. (Me included) Please know that Sam is a professional and knows the forms inside and out! There was a customer in front of me that did not have the correct paperwork. He informed them in a courteous way that the form was incorrect and to get the correct one. Not take their money and "Hope" it goes through. Top Shelf!
