Well, we paid them $6,294.61 August 21, 2018 and supposedly carefully took great care and selected the best turf from the many samples that they had for our home, plus additionally paid for their 15 year factory warranty.
Their Factory Representative Devin Rhodes, came to our house the next day after installation (August 25th) (upon demand) and admitted that our new Global Syn-Turf front lawn is defective and it looks like a long-running low spot in the nap of the grass which is very noticeable like a seam, due to the machine malfunction at the factory and they refused to give us material without blemish defect.
We are highly disappointed because they said it is all our fault for not noticing this defect ourselves until it was cut and placed in our front yard; and therefore they literally absolved themselves from any and all responsibility or liability and basically said “tough luck” to us! They are the experts who had a duty to inspect it before sending it out. They clearly and admittedly gave us second rated defective material and we paid dearly for first rate material, which we never received; so they are robbing us. They never made us aware of their unconscionable rules and we signed nothing to that effect, although they said that we did.
Let this current experience be a warning to others!
