Good service beware of not receiving rebate

I just got my tires and was pleased with how quickly I was taken care of. I had to order my tires as they did not have the energy efficient michelins iwas looking for I was told there was a $70 rebate that expired on that same day so I payed for them in full but.when I went to thier store when my tires arrived they installed them promtly and without any problems to my rims (I did take pictures before to validate if there was a problem) ileft their store and they did not give me the rebate. When I relized later I did not receieved it I went back to the store and they did give me the receipt and apologized for forgetting. Since the rebate is from the tire manufacture I believe it was an honest mistake. Just be aware of what you are entitled to.
