This facility has great potential, however it is overshadowed by the complete incompetence of the "clinical manager", Kristen Hayes. I had read reviews on other sites about her but trusted my Ortho Surgeon and went where he sent me, hoping I would find the experience better by far than what I had read. I did have my doubts. Well, for good reason! I cannot believe how I was spoken to during my sessions! I have never been so degraded by a "professional" in all my life.

I had the pleasure of having Ms. Hayes as my therapist and never was put at ease, explained to about my plan of treatment for recovery. She just told me basically, what was going to happen. When I would ask questions, she would kind of put me off and take the conversation to a talk-down tone. I also don't think she knows how loud she is when she speaks- little does she know, but most patients can hear her when she is in the Therapists cubby office talking about us. Myself and another patient heard her laugh about our ignornace to another female therapist. Excuse me, but that is inexcusable! I was also called a few times to move my appointment. Since I was later in the day I finally asked why I got calls so much to move when they know I book them late due to work. The receptionist told me the therapist needed to change it due to her schedule. She was leaving early. what?! I was at this clinic for 4 weeks, 2 or 3 times a week and I had been called to change my appointments 7 times! When I asked to change therapists, I was tild there was no other time available or only Kristen could do a special technique on me. Interesting. If this is the case, stop putting yourself first and put your patients first. Do your job!!!!!

I will be leaving this terrible therapy office for a much more caring environment. I also found out that the reason why the doctor wanted me to use this facility was due to the fact that he is one of the owners of it. Please think twice before using this facility and Orthopedic Surgery Associates of North County
