I love going to Aloha Day Spa in Poway, at the corner of Midland and Poway Roads. The staff is skilled in their area of expertise, the decor and equipment is up to date, the prices are incredibly reasonable, and I always feel more serene when I left than when I arrived. And the facialist and Foot Reflexology are bonuses! Plus, although you need to book some services in advance, they do have some walk-in service. Fantastic!
